1. Service
JEFFPROD offers Internet service to purchase video games for download on the internet. A demo version, not pay (excluding connection fees) their is proposed. The contract is between JEFFPROD and the Internet user.

2. Rate
The price of games is set by JEFFPROD download for each game and communicated to the Internet user prior to ordering.

3. Price change
The price of downloaded games may be amended at any time by JEFFPROD, the price applicable to each order is the price in effect at time of order.

4. Payment
By downloading and payment, the customer accepts without reservation the application of these Terms Of Service to all games purchased for all their different versions including new versions possible.
It is understood that the purchase is made via download.
No physical media (CD, ...) will be sent.

5. Service Access
Download services are provided by JEFFPROD permanently, subject to maintenance and update servers, and subject to accidental interruptions.

6. Compliance - Responsibility
The game is considered the application of the game itself and all the relevant files: Installers, manuals, faqs, ...
The Customer agrees to use the game in a manner consistent with its purpose and the regulations.
The Customer shall ensure compliance of the game with his computer and downloaded the software it uses.
JEFFPROD not be held liable for misuse of downloaded games or their incompatibility with the client installation.
All claims must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three clear days of the date of download.

7. Territory
The download services offered by JEFFPROD video games are open to all countries.

8. Intellectual Property
Downloading and paying video games give the Customer a non-exclusive personal use of video games purchased, licensed for purely personal, non-transferable and non-commercial.
The Customer undertakes to respect the rights of authors and producers on downloaded games that are works protected by copyright remain the property of their authors and producers.
Accordingly the Customer agrees not to modify, decompile, translate, adapt, copy the downloaded games in any way whatsoever.
Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, license or to use commercially purchased and downloaded games on any medium whatsoever.
However the Customer may make a reproduction of his only computer data downloaded for use for private and personal as well as burning to CD-Rom or other support exclusively for archiving personal non-commercial.
However, the free demo version can be used and copied freely, subject not to be misused or diverted, which could cause prejudice and subject to JEFFPROD not be changed.
This demo version can't be used for commercial purposes without express written permission of JEFFPROD.
In general, the Customer shall not modify or affect in any manner whatsoever under, trademark and intellectual property rights attached to the downloaded video game.

9. Withdrawal period
In accordance with Articles L121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code, the right of return or cancellation does not apply for services if performance has begun, with the consent of the customer before the end of the withdrawal period. Downloaded games have a free trial period covering the statutory period of withdrawal (shareware).

10. Termination
JEFFPROD may cease all dealings with the Customer for breach by it of the provisions hereof, including in the event of nonpayment, or violation of the Code of Intellectual Property.

11. Protection of personal data
The information collected by JEFFPROD Clients will be treated with utmost confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
Guests at any time a right of access, opposition and rectification of personal data, they can exercise by sending an email using the contact form.

12. Jurisdiction - Applicable law
Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation hereof shall be brought in the courts depending on the Court of Appeal of PARIS and will be subject to French Law.
